Global Delivery Center: Bangalore

In 1999 TRCWW became one of the first AEC companies to manage a global delivery process. To support its US offices, TRCWW set up a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) center in Bangalore, the IT capital of India, through a strategic partnership with TRC Engineering India (Pvt) Ltd.

TRC evolved a rigorous process to execute projects through a global delivery process without compromising on its exacting standards. It set up mirror teams in USA and India in its key areas of expertise. The teams, matched evenly in size and skills, work in close coordination to ensure efficient project delivery.

More than labor arbitrage, TRCWW's global delivery process sought to achieve a 24/7 work cycle, resource redundancy and continuous innovation. The rapid growth of TRC India's Bangalore center is a good testimonial to TRC's success in executing projects through global delivery.

The Bangalore center started with a small staff of 7 in 1999. It has grown rapidly to its current strength of 160+ drawing top-notch engineers from elite institutes such as IITs, IISc and regional engineering colleges. Its highly qualified and trained engineers work on state-of-the-art Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. TRC India’s ability to manage complex design work has grown. Its engineers are currently capable of executing billion dollar buildings.

TRC India's Bangalore center offers Structural Engineering, Precast Concrete Engineering, Structural Steel Detailing, Architectural Support and MEP services from two facilities in the city.
