B. Arch with minimum 5 years of design experience.
Ability to work on variety of medium to large commercial projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of architectural design, documentation, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction technologies.
General knowledge of architectural practice including site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering and construction costs.
Practical knowledge of building codes.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in ACAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio or other 3D modeling software. Ability to work independently and ina team atmosphere.
Ability to effectively meet deadlines.

Originating and developing design concepts.
Preparing documents during design development phase.
Correcting and updating design documents.
Developing solutions to design problems.
Responsible for keeping all phases of a project on schedule.
Coordinate work of consultants with architectural documents; review shop drawings and requests for information; perform periodic field inspections; design and review change orders. Coordination of each trade; assist in the preparation of punch lists and file observation reports.
Responsible for various portions of project design development and/or preparation of construction documents as well as team working on assigned tasks within a project.
Should be able to supervise less senior staff during phases of a project.
ITI /Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Architectural detailing.
Should be well versed in Autocad & should have good drafting skills.
Ability to detail fairly complex / commercial in a timely manner.
5-10 Years Structural Design Experience.
Bachelor's / Master's in Structural Engineering.
Experience in designing major structures with emphasis on concrete, steel & post-tensioned concrete design.
Capable of reading and understand other disciplines' drawings and formulate structural plans on that basis.
Strong Communication Skills.
Must be well versed in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.
Take a lead role in helping to realize our projected growth in the USA / India / Middle East market.
Focus on design of all types of building structures.
Develop building structural systems, both gravity and lateral .
Help to build and maintain positive relationships with new and established clients.
Plan and estimate work and manpower requirements; control budget.
Manage major and minor design projects from beginning to end.
Supervise work of other engineers and CAD technicians.
Help develop less experienced engineers.
Review and checking of engineering work completed by others.
Preparation and checking of design drawings and/or specifications.
Development of project design criteria, design calculations, construction details.
0-5 Years Structural Design Experience.
Master's in Structural Engineering.
Strong background in structural analysis application software.
Experience in the design of concrete, steel and post-tensioned structures.
Strong communication skills.
Perform a wide range of structural engineering analysis and design tasks in steel & concrete structures. Structural engineering tasks will be performed under direct supervision of more senior engineers.
Assist senior staff in analysis and design.
Supervise work of CAD technicians.
Assist senior staff during the Construction Administration phase of projects.
Help develop less experienced engineers.
5-15 Years of Construction / Project Management Experience.
Bachelor's in Civil / Master's in Construction Technology.
Experience of executed large Commercial / Industrial / Hospitality projects.
Capable of reading and understand Construction and Services drawings.
Strong Communication Skills.
Must be well versed in MS Project / Primavera.
Take a lead role in driving the project to its successful completion.
Make value add during design, construction and close out phase of the project.
Develop effective reporting system.
Prepare budget, cash flow, variation statements and control project cost.
Plan resources, and monitor procurement with long lead time.
Ensure compliance to BIS codes, Quality and safety standards.
Prepare base line schedule, micro schedules and monitor the work progress.
Review BOQ and specifications.
Material reconciliation and vendor bill certification.
Implement industry best practices.
Qualification - CA / MBA-Finance.
Experience – 2-5 Years.
Well versed with the STPI procedures and compliances.
Handle Accounts and finance as well as statutory needs like assessments, finalization of books of accounts etc. independently.
Monitor funds position and requirements on day-to-day basis and maintenance of Books of account.
Preparing periodical statements (P&L, B/S,) and Project profitability for the month and year and cumulative.
Monitor and control various management information reports i.e. MPS, Cash Flow, Working Capital, and Costing analysis in month wise.
Preparation and analysis of variance between the Budgeted and Actual expenditure in detail for month wise and year and cumulative for the total project period. Cost analysis of executed items with variance analysis.
Preparing Fund Utilization Statements month wise with justifications for variances if any with Budget.
Reconciliation of vendor's accounts and correspondence with them to resolve differences, if any.
Co-ordinate with Head office to ensure smooth cash flow and working capital.
Salary will be commensurate with experience for the above positions.
